Marriage is exclusive, not inclusive. It isn't for everyone. Sisters aren't permitted to marry 1 another. Group marriage, bigamy & melding w/cadavers is also forbidden. If the institution of matrimony is to have any value it must remain what it has always been: the basis of a household in which to beget & raise children. Homosexual intimacies don't facilitate pregnancy therefore, as logic & propriety dictate: degenerate unions shall be codified & sanctified to the detriment of children & sanity.

It seems like your plan is just a conservative way of keeping health care from everyone. How is allowing people to die because they are not able to afford something justified. I am sure that with a government sponsored health care system we could fix this problem.
